Job Description
Position Summary
The basic function of the Hardware Installation Technician is to assemble metal products, attach sub-assemblies, and install fasteners. Analyze work orders, work pieces, and blueprints to determine process, materials, and sequence of operations required to assemble parts. Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, rivets or fasteners. Install hardware such as fasteners, terminals and electrical components. Operate drill presses, riveting machines, or other installation equipment to assist in assembly operation.
