Pay: $19.00–$21.00/hour | Paid Weekly
Employment Type: W2 Contract | 12 Months
Work Model: Fully Onsite
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Safety Requirement: Steel-toe shoes required

BEPC is hiring a Material Handler to support our client's warehouse and distribution operations in Temecula, CA. This is a great fit for candidates with 0–2 years of experience in picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory, fulfillment, or similar warehouse work.

Experience from Amazon, fulfillment centers, distribution centers, or general warehouse environments can transfer well to this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare products for outbound shipments.
• Receive, inspect, label, and properly store incoming materials.
• Verify materials against purchase orders, packing lists, and shipping documentation.
• Deliver materials to manufacturing and other departments.
• Maintain accurate lot numbers, FIFO requirements, shipping temperatures, addresses, and shipping methods.
• Process inventory transactions using ERP and warehouse tracking systems.
• Perform daily cycle counts and support physical inventories.
• Prepare shipping and receiving documentation.
• Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments as needed.
• Work with carriers such as FedEx and UPS.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet movers, and other material-handling equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized distribution areas.
• Follow applicable cGMP, ISO, safety, and distribution procedures.
• Work overtime during peak periods or inventory activities when required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, fulfillment, or related experience.
• Picking and packing experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Experience with hand trucks or pallet movers.

Preferred: Inventory control, inbound/outbound shipping and receiving, ERP systems, or Oracle experience.

Physical & Safety Requirements

• Ability to operate hand trucks and pallet movers.
• Ability to perform the lifting, pulling, and material-handling requirements of the position, up to 75 lbs. as required.
• Ability to work briefly in refrigerator and freezer temperatures, typically up to 15 minutes at a time.
• Steel-toe safety shoes required.
• PPE such as lab coats, gloves, and safety glasses may be required for certain activities.
• The work environment may include occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens and work around radioactive materials at excepted quantity levels.
