Job Title: Commercial Roofing Sales Representative

Location: Remote/Nationwide

Pay Range: Base: $125-$150k + $100k-$200k+ bonus/year

Company Overview:

Tiello is partnered with a Commercial Roofing Contractor in their search for a Sr. Level Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to support business development efforts across [region/project types]. This company is known for its strong reputation, quality workmanship, and commitment to customer service across commercial, industrial, and multi-family projects.

Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of roofing sales or construction-related experience and a proven track record of closing deals. You will be responsible for building relationships, generating new business, and managing the full sales cycle from lead to close. This is a client-facing, revenue-driving position that requires both technical knowledge and sales acumen.

• Low-slope, steep-slope, TPO, PVC, EPDM, coatings, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

\n
• Identify, pursue, and close new commercial roofing opportunities
\n
• Build relationships with property managers, building owners, and GC clients
\n
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and assess project scopes
\n
• Collaborate with estimators and operations to ensure accurate bids
\n
• Present proposals and negotiate contracts
\n
• Maintain CRM and pipeline updates
\n
• Attend industry events and networking functions
\n
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
\n
• Follow up on leads from marketing, referrals, and past customers
\n
• Stay informed on roofing systems, materials, and market trends
\n
• Partner with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
\n

Qualifications/Requirements:

\n
• 3+ years of sales experience in roofing or construction
\n
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
\n
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, coatings, etc.)
\n
• CRM experience preferred
\n
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
\n
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and job walks
\n
• Ability to work independently and manage your sales territory
\n
• U.S. work authorization required
\n
